All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, due to regulatory restrictions, we cannot ship certain products to specific countries. If you are uncertain whether we can ship to your location, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
We understand the importance of privacy. All ThrillKit products are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of the contents inside. The sender will appear as "TK Wellness" on your shipping label and bank statement.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as you receiving an incorrect or defective item).
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
