What materials are your products made from?

All ThrillKit products are made from premium, body-safe materials. Most of our vibrators and massage devices are made from medical-grade silicone, which is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and free from phthalates and BPA. Some products may also include ABS plastic or stainless steel components. Each product page lists the specific materials used.

Are your products waterproof?

Most of our products are waterproof or water-resistant. Products with an IPX7 rating can be fully submerged in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes, making them safe for use in the bath or shower. Products with an IPX6 rating are highly water-resistant and can withstand powerful water jets but should not be fully submerged. The waterproof rating is listed in the specifications section of each product page.

How do I clean and care for my products?

For silicone products, we recommend cleaning with warm water and mild, unscented soap before and after each use. For electronic products, ensure they are waterproof before cleaning with water. For non-waterproof products, use a damp cloth with mild soap, being careful to avoid the charging port or battery compartment. We also recommend using a toy cleaner specifically designed for intimate products.

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Many of our products come with storage pouches to keep them clean and dust-free.

How long do the batteries last?

Battery life varies by product. Most of our rechargeable products offer between 45-120 minutes of use on a full charge, depending on the intensity settings used. The specific battery life for each product is listed in its specifications. To maximize battery life, we recommend fully charging your product before first use and not leaving it on the charger for extended periods after it's fully charged.

How discreet is your shipping?

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or padded envelopes with no indication of the contents inside. The shipping label will show "BK Wellness" as the sender, not "ThrillKit." Your bank statement will also show "BK Wellness" for any charges. We never include promotional materials or invoices that reveal the nature of the products in the package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Domestic orders within the United States typically arrive within 3-5 business days with standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. International shipping times vary by destination but generally take 7-14 business days. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties that may be imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the delivery carrier or customs authority. Please note that we cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees, as this is against international shipping regulations.

What is your return policy?

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons. If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

What if my product stops working during the warranty period?

All ThrillKit products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If your product malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or videos to help diagnose the problem. If the product is determined to be defective, we will provide a replacement at no cost.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Water damage to non-waterproof products is also not covered.

How is my personal information protected?

We take your privacy seriously. All personal information is encrypted and stored securely. We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all transactions to ensure your payment information is protected. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We can usually accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may be able to return unopened items according to our return policy.
